Reunion

It was quite a last-minute thing. One moment, Carol and I was talking about boycotting a christmas party(which I will keep secret) by having dinner somewhere else. The next moment, we decide to have a reunion instead. It was a reunion among the ex-Form 5 CG. And as usual, I, Wilson, have to take up the responsibility to organize this whole thing because, because....i'm the one who came up with this whole idea......

So first of all, have to inform others and check whether they're free on that day. Send sms-takde reply. Send e-mail-takde reply also. And on Christmas itself, change of plan, lunch on 26th. Send sms again-you guessed it, takde reply. Finally at 9, Wilson decided to use his precious phone credit to call up his fellow peeps who couldn't be bothered to reply. lol. And as most of you would know, he's an early sleeper. One conversation went like:

'hello, could you come?'
'I'm in a party now, call you back later?'
Expecting late to be really late,
'Late what time?'
'1 or 2?'
muntah darah
'i sleep dy'
'12?'
'sleep already also'

It's really frustrating. But anyway, enuf bout the organizing thing. As it turned up, everything is fineeee. Everyone reached my house at 12 then only decide where to eat. In the end, SAKAE Sushi! had a joyous time with my leaders and fellow peeps.

And you know, I realize now that friends are very important to me. I can lose other things but I wouldn't want to lose any of my friends. They are people who would be there with you, to laugh with, to cry with, to fight argue with, to comfort each other, being there for each other. I once thought that i'm alive and kicking and it'll be fine. True, things may be fine but, wouldn't life be lonesome?

No man is an island

Find that really true now. Friends-cherish them, appreciate them, love them, for you never know when you might lose them.

To all my friends, it's an honour and priveleged to have a friend like you :)

Results!

Ta Da! my results are here! I actually drove all the way back to Uni to get my results, which I did, only to have the next day through post, my results-again. I'm a

HAPPY MAN!

Last sem took 2 subjects only-Engineering Math and Technical English. Math was fun and enjoyed studying it, so didn't have much problem with the final test. As for Technical English,

wow, so fancy lah the name! what is it?

It's the same old same old english you study. Subject Verb Agreement, tenses bla bla bla.....was kinda bored(hopes my sis doesn't read this) Only interesting thing for this subject was that there was presentation! So you have it, my first formal presentation!

We(my group members and I) discussed quite a long time on what topic should we have. Keep going off topic as we keep putting in lame jokes and lame ideas. Was fun and in the end, Air Cooler! Started collecting info's, data's stuff like that. Practising our presentation among ourselves, preparing presentation slides, you know the kind of things you have to do prior to a presentation. And then I had a feedback from a friend of mine,

'wilson, when I look into your face I can't think'

and recently, another friend told me,

'wilson, you here I just can't think about my dance'

Hm does my face seems like a rubber that rubs off your memory? anyway, on the day of presentation, whew! it was a nervous day for me. Why? coz the lecturer was saying before that(since we had an informal presentation earlier on),

'he's(wilson) a good presentor'

Alamak pressure!!!! My friends told me that they could see my hand shaking. Good thing they couldn't see my legs shaking because they too were shaking. Lol. But thank God for my serious face that it covers up my 'shakes'. In the end, all end well! really thank God for helping me through cause I really can't do it without Him.

In Him all things are POSSIBLE!

Well semester 3 starting soon. Wonder if i can get back into top gear after rotting for 2 whole months, but, why worry about tomorrow when tomorrow has its own worry? so yea, I'm gonna just praise God and go through life with Him beside me :)

Neutral Actions

I was gonna post my feelings and thoughts about someone. But then I hesitated clicking the 'Publish Post' button, not sure feeling why even though I have considering posting it a few days back. And after some time, I came to realize that, even though you're not mentioning names, some may know who you're referring to and they might gossip or ask things about it. In other words, if it's something you're hate, you might be glad-human nature.

But for something that you care for, have you thought of the other person's feelings after reading it? or the person's feeling when confronted with his/her friends who would ask them about what you posted? sometimes we do things that we thought is right without caring about other people's feelings.

Maybe our action is neutral, having no right or wrong but, the consequences of it, that is what we will have to live with for the rest of our life. So to you who's reading this, careful of action that is neutral because they might lead to bigger things whether it be good or bad :)

Mamak Tag

Seeing my blog half dead, and me half-dead, I feel kinda disappointed. So I shall start a new tag. This idea came to me while I was having my drink-I had lunch with a friend of mine and halfway, we shared our Mamak experience, like how yuck or yummy the food, dirty and stuff like that.

So what is this tag about? It's simple. You write your experience in a Mamak-disgusting, funny, gooey whatever, it can be a funny or horrible experience. If you choose to, you can copy and paste the things wrote by the one who tagged you into your post and then write your own- this is to let others know what mischief are done by Mamak. If it's too long, feel free to take half. Here goes:

Incident 1:
I went to a Mamak with a friend. We ordered Fried Rice and I decided to add on a sunny-side-up egg. Well, the guy who cooked it when he tried to shift the egg from the 'kuali' onto the plate, he failed and the egg yoke start to spill around the plate. Later on when he moved the egg onto my fried rice, he use his hand to scoop up any egg yoke juice left on the plate onto my fried rice and after that jerk his hand up and down to remove any juice on his hand onto my fried rice.

Incident 2:
Went to Mamak and ordered a fruit juice.

"saya mau kisar, fresh punya"

Had nothing to do so observe the guy preparing my juice. He use a fruit juice machine to squeeze the juice out then poured it onto a cup. It was only half-filled. And as expected, he fill the other half with water, only to realize that he filled it with water DIRECTLY FROM THE TAP! no water filter whatever, straight from it.

Later on told my friend about it and he told me that I should have inform him after he finished it.

Incident 3:
This was by my friend:
Saw a guy coming out of the toilet, didn't wash hand(hands dry), walk straight behind the roti canai pan and started making Roti Canai. And as Malaysians know, Roti Canai involves a lot of hand contact between the Roti and the guy who makes it.

Well, that's my friend and my experience in a Mamak. I'm sure you have some and keep it going :)

I'll tag Mamak-goers people:
Kenneth
Joy
Joel
Leong
Carol
Chrissy
Meng
Jeannie
